Text only available in German: Die ERMA EP 552 erlangte im Dezember 2016 die traurige Aufmerksamkeit, weil sie gemäss Medienberichten vom Attentäter Amis Amri, welcher mit einem Lastwagen in Berlin 12 Menschen getötet hat, dazu benutzt wurde, den Lastwagen-Chauffeur zu töten. Ebenfalls mit dieser Waffe soll er in Mailand auf zwei Polizisten geschossen haben.   Die Waffe soll in der Schweiz erworben worden sein; illegal, versteht sich. Auch dieser Fall zeigt, dass Verbrecher und Terroristen zu fast 100% illegale Waffen für ihre Taten verwenden. Eine Verschärfung der Waffengesetze kann dies leider nicht verhindern; besser wäre es, wenn die bestehenden Gesetze sinnvoll angewendet und umgesetzt würden...   Die Magazine der ERMA EP 552 sind baugleich mit den Magazinen der ERMA EP 652.
