Swiss K11 Carbine, produced in 1923, in very good condition with 80% finish. 4/5 Bore (very light pitting throughout bore). 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number. Bolt knobs matching serial numbers. Various pressure marks found throughout the furniture. On the right side of the stock, there are a pair of heavy pressure marks on the grip and gouging on the pistol grip. Below and to the left of the finger groove there is heavy handling wear and several light to mild gouges. On the forearm there are several light surface gouges around the rear barrel band. In between the two barrel bands there is a mild gouge near the rear barrel band and a heavy gouge near the front barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are several heavy gouges and pressure marks between the grip and the right side of the finger groove. Gouging above the right side of the finger groove. Scratches and gouging on the forearm in between the two barrel bands. Several gouges found along the comb of the stock. Handguard has a gouge on the left side near the rear barrel band and several gouges in between the two barrel bands. Light finish wear throughout the receiver, as well as scattered light scratches and surface marks. Mild to fair edge wear around the loading slot, light edge wear around the lightening cuts, and mild edge wear at the rear of the receiver. Some of the edge wear around the loading slot appear to be caused by hand filing. Moderate finish wear on both barrel bands. Light finish wear on the magazine plate. Light finish wear and light patina on the trigger guard. Fair to moderate finish wear on the magazine base. Receiver is P stamped. Both bolt knobs are cracked. Soldier's tag found under butt plate. Includes leather sling. C&R Eligible. Import engraved. |
