Swiss K11 Carbine, produced in 1927, in good condition with 75% original finish. 3/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling, light pitting throughout bore). 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard both non-matching, both with serial number 163181. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number. Furniture has a tiger stripe pattern, most prominent on the left side. On the right side of the stock, there is a scrape below and to the left of the finger groove. There are several knurled marks around the left side of the finger groove. Just before the front barrel band there is a long, heavy pressure mark just below the woodline. On the left side of the stock there is a long area along the woodline below the receiver that has been spliced. There is a small gouge to the right of the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there are a couple of small gouges around the front end of the magazine plate. Several marks are found along the comb. The handguard has a crescent-shaped gouge on the top side in front of the rear sight. Receiver has light patina, light to mild edge wear around the ejection port and light edge wear around the lightening cuts. Moderate to heavy finish wear at the rear of the receiver. Moderate finish wear on the right side of the receiver. There are a few areas of light pitting. Rear barrel band is nearly in the white. Front barrel band has light to mild fi nish wear and what seems to be some sort of coating flaking off. Mild edge wear on the trigger guard. Light to mild finish wear on the magazine. Receiver is P stamped. Soldier's tag found under butt plate. Includes muzzle cover and leather sling. C&R Eligible. Discreet import engraving. |
