| Fabrica de Armas La Coruna model M44 Spanish Mauser for the Spanish Air Force (Ejército del Aire). Very good condition with 90% finish. 3/5 Bore (sharp rifling, but with dark bore and mild pitting in the grooves). 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard are non-serialized. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine and magazine floor plate matching serial numbers. On the right side of the stock, there are light pressure marks from the grip to the forward end, with larger, light pressure marks on the forward half. Light, "V"-shaped gouge before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock, there are a pair of holes on the grip, possibly caused by an insect. There is a small group of heavy pressure marks between the finger groove and the rear barrel band. Multiple handling scratches above the finger grove, extending to the handguard. Shallow, heavy gouges before the rear barrel band. Mild pressure marks in front of the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock, there appears to be two stamps at the butt, however they are too worn to be legible. Light pressure marks throughout the underside. Light pressure marks along the comb and grip. Light pressure marks throughout the handguard. Receiver finish is in good condition. Bolt has fair to moderate finish wear. Mild finish wear and light patina on the bolt release. Heavy edge wear on the safety selector. Rear barrel band has multiple surface marks, light finish wear, and light patina. Front barrel band has light finish wear and light patina. Trigger guard has mild edge wear and mild finish wear. Multiple surface marks on the magazine and base plate.
