| Zum Verkauf kommt im Auftrag der Erben eines verstorbenen Sammlers ein Konvolut von zwei österreichischen Grabendolchen mit unterschiedlichen Scheiden aus dem 1. Weltkrieg. Die Dolche haben deutliche Alters- und Gebrauchspuren. Die Klingen sind durch häufiges Schärfen abgenutzt, sind gedunkelt, verkratzt, fleckig und fein narbig. Bei dem Dolch RH0100 hat die Klinge nahe der Spitze auch einige größere Rostnarben. Beim Dolch RH0101 ist eine der Griffschalen mit schrägen Einkerbungen versehen. Diese wurden vermutlich von dem Soldaten eigenmächtig eingeschnitten um einen besseren Halt in der Hand zu haben. Bei beiden Dolchen fehlt die Koppelschlaufe an der Scheide. Die Dolche sind wie folgt gestempelt: Der Dolch RH0100: Auf einer Seite der Fehlschärfe „MA“, auf der anderen Seite „R“, Die Parierstange vorn: „S“, hinten: Die königlich ungarische Wappenpunze. Der Dolch RH0101 hat auf der Fehlschärfe als Markenzeichen gekreuzte Schwerter hinter dem Reichsapfel. Die Scheide von RH0100 ist mit der Herstellermarke V&N gestempelt. |
