| Zum Verkauf steht meine sehr sch?n gemaserte, wenig genutzte Kipplaufbüchse: Baikal, Mod.: IZH-18MH, Kal.: .223 Rem mit folgenden Parametern: •Lauflänge: 599 mm, • Direktabzug und Druckknopfsicherung hinter dem Abzug • Öffnungs- und Spannhebel an der Unterseite hinter dem Abzugsbügel • Indikator an der Baskülescheibe der das Gespanntsein des Schlosses anzeigt • Klemmmontage mit ZF 'Norconia' 3- 9 x 40 (wurde getauscht) • Schaftlänge ca. 366 mm, gebraucht, sehr ordentlicher Erhaltungszustand • Lauf innen in sehr gutem Zustand und Brünierung sehr gut Am 23.12.2025 um 21:49:10 Uhr fügte der Verkäufer folgende Ergänzung hinzu: Erg?nzung zum Selbstverst?ndnis: Es handelt sich hier um eine erlaubnispflichtige Waffe lt. Waffengesetz. Deshalb gilt hier: Die Erlaubnispflicht f?r den Umgang mit Waffen (Erwerb, Besitz, F?hrung) ist prim?r in ? 2 WaffG (Allgemeine Grunds?tze) in Verbindung mit der Anlage 2 des Waffengesetzes geregelt. Die konkrete Erteilung der Erlaubnis erfolgt meist ?ber die Waffenbesitzkarte (? 10 Abs. 1 WaffG) f?r den Erwerb und Besitz sowie den Waffenschein (? 10 Abs. 4 WaffG) f?r das F?hren. |
