Shipping and shipping costs
Weapons & ammunition are shipped exclusively via Overnite Other goods are shipped with DHL. Therein are included, the statutory value added tax (19%), for weapons & ammunition (hazard surcharges), packaging and handling costs. Shipments to foreign countries are possible after agreement and clarification of the incurred shipping costs. A personal pickup of the goods is possible upon request. Note:
For items explicitly stating that the goods are only to be sold to "SELF-COLLECTORS" and upon request, shipping is NOT possible! This applies only to items whose DESCRIPTION also notes this!!!
Payment options
We accept advance payment by bank transfer & cash on delivery. We ship immediately after your payment is received. Please note that bank transfers can take up to 3 days to be credited to us. We ask for your understanding.
Process after auction ends
You will receive an automatically generated email from us within 24 hours with all important details such as bank information and purpose of use.
After receipt of the goods:
After receiving the goods, we would be pleased to be positively rated by you. You will receive our rating as soon as you have submitted yours. Should you not be satisfied with the goods, we kindly ask you to contact us to refrain from a negative review for now and find an appropriate solution.
Widerrufsbelehrung Right of revocation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Waffen-Klütsch, owner Dieter Klütsch, Auf dem Bungert 38, 56283 Nörtershausen, Tel.: 02605-2348, Fax. 02605-84153, E-mail info@waffen-kluetsch.de) by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of revocation online at https://www.egun.de/market/revokedeal.php.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you cancel the contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheaper standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must only cover any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion or expiration reasons
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their sealing has been removed after delivery; for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
The legislator provides the following model withdrawal form in Annex 2 to Article 246a § 1 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 Number 1 and § 2 Paragraph 2 Number 2 EGBGB: Model Withdrawal Form (If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please fill out this form and return it.)
