| Ich verkaufe hier eine Selbstladeflinte des Herstellers Browning Modell B-2000 im Kaliber 12/70. Es handelt sich um einen Gasdrucklader. Als ich die Waffe vor einigen Jahren von einem älteren Herrn kaufte, der die Jagd aus Alters- und Gesundheitsgründen aufgeben musste, fehlte das Korn. Dieses habe ich durch einen Büchsenmacher ersetzen lassen. Bei mir hat sie leider nur im Schrank gestanden. ich selbst habe vielleicht 50 bis 60 Schuss damit abgegeben. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn sich jemand findet findet, der die Waffe nutzt und sie entsprechend wertschätzt. Ich schließe jegliche Sachmangelhaftung aus. Die Haftung auf Schadenersatz wegen Verletzungen von Gesundheit, Körper oder Leben und grob fahrlässiger und/oder vorsätzlicher Verletzungen meiner Pflichten als Verkäufer bleibt uneingeschränkt. |
