Sie sind als verbotene Gegenstände nach dem Waffengesetz eingestuft. Dies bedeutet, dass das Führen, der Besitz und der Umgang mit Faustmessern in der Öffentlichkeit grundsätzlich untersagt sind. Ausnahmen vom Verbot: • Jäger: Jäger dürfen Faustmesser besitzen und führen, wenn sie diese zur Ausübung ihrer Tätigkeit benötigen, so das BKA. • • Angestellte im Pelz- und Lederhandel: Auch Angestellte, die in der Pelz- oder Lederverarbeitung tätig sind, dürfen Faustmesser besitzen und führen, wenn sie diese für ihre berufliche Tätigkeit benötigen. • • Ausnahmen durch Behörden: In besonderen Fällen kann das Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) auf Antrag Ausnahmen von dem Verbot zulassen. • |
