Das Neck PPF ist ein sehr kleines, feststehendes Messer, das von Fred Perrin entworfen und hergestellt wurde. Es ist also kein Fabrikmesser, sondern wurde von Perrin selbst gefertigt. Dabei ist die originale Kydex-Halskettenscheide. Klinge ist poliert.
 
Perrin ist ein ehemaliger französischer Soldat, nationaler Taekwondo-Meister und Europameister im Vollkontakt-Stockkampf. Außerdem ist er ein gefragter Nahkampf- und Selbstverteidigungsausbilder. Dies spiegelt sich im Design all seiner Messer wider.
 
Dieses Exemplar ist in sehr gutem Zustand.
