| Ich habe das Falcon FQ50 im Februar 2025 zum Hikmicro-Service gesandt. Grund war ein Schatten im Bild. Der Service hat sich bei mir zurückgemeldet und mir mitgeteilt, dass mein Falcon FQ50 ins Werk gesandt werden müsse und mir angeboten mir ein refurbished neuwertiges Gerät zu senden. Damit war ich einverstanden. Nekommen habe ich am 3. März 2025 ein nagelneues Gerät mit allem Zubehör noch original verpackt. Dazu noch 2 nagelneue Akkus, so dass ich den Käufer nun insgesamt 5 Akkus mitgeben kann. Der Austausch ist selbstverständlich dokumentiert und die Unterlagen bekommt der Käufer auch mit. Nach aktueller Gesetzgebung beginnt bei refurbished Geräten die Garantiezeit von 2 Jahren wieder von vorne zu laufen (Garantiezeit ist auf den Unterlagen nicht auf ein Jahr begrenzt, deshalb nach Paragraph 438 BGB volle 2 Jahre). Ein neues Gerät mit 2 Jahren Garantie zu einem Schnäppchenpreis. |
