If the customer is a consumer, they are entitled to cancel the contract in accordance with the following cancellation policy:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day,

a) when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered uniformly;

or

b) when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;

or

c) when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial delivery or the last item, if you have ordered a product that is delivered in multiple partial deliveries or items.

If several of the above alternatives apply, the revocation period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods or the last partial shipment or the last item.

by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

 

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

 

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
