| Ich biete hier im Auftrag einer Bekannten ein Walther Luftgewehr Modell 53, Kal .177 (4,5 mm) mit der Seriennummer 046112 an. Die Waffe wurde von 1953 bis 1968 hergestellt und ist dementsprechend vor 1970 in den Handel gelangt. Obwohl sie nicht nicht ?ber die PTB Stempelung ?F? im F?nfeck verf?gt ist sie gem?? WaffG, Anlage 2, Abschnitt 2, Unterabschnitt 2, Nr. 1.2 weiterhin als frei zu erwerbende Waffe definiert. Die Waffe verf?gt ?ber eine offene Visierung mit Diopter und Korntunnel und funktioniert. Nach knapp 60 Jahren ist die Druckfeder nicht mehr so stark wie sie mal war und auch die Br?nierung hat leider gelitten, auf Lauf und System befindet sich Flugrost. Der Schaft ist am Griff mit Fischhaut versehen. Die Waffe wurde in einem (zeitgen?ssischen) Futteral aufbewahrt, dieses gibt es kostenlos dazu. Der Verkauf erfolgt gem?? den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen nur an Personen die das 18 Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Nach Ablauf der Auktion bitte ich um einen Scan Ihres Ausweises oder Reisepasses per e-mail. Aufgrund des Alters der Waffe wird M?ngelhaftung ausdr?cklich ausgeschlossen. Die Waffe wiegt ca 4,5 kg, das entspricht Versandkosten von 8 Euro. Ich biete in einer gesonderten Auktion hier noch ein Walther Mod 55 an, ?hnlicher Zustand. |
