| Prächtige Jagdplaute / Hirschfänger aus dem letzte Viertel des 18. Jahrhunderts. Dieses ungewöhnlich reichhaltig verziertes Stück besticht durch die handgravierten Motive und die vielen eingelegten Porträt-Medaillons. Das mit hellem Bein belegte Griffstück ist mit Perlstableisten und einem Medaillon mit Lorbeerkranz geschmückt auf dem ein Porträtkopf zu sehen ist. Auf der reliefartig verschnittenen Griffkappe aus Bein ist eine Groteskmaske. Die kräftige, gekrümmte Rückenkling ist durch pseudoorientalische und astrologisch/kabbalistische Ätzungen verziert. Dazu gehörige Holzscheide mit braunem Lederüberzug. Drei gravierte Messingbeschläge mit Blüten, Blattwerk und Muscheln. Auf dem Mundblech ist ein weiteres Porträt-Medaillon aus Bein mit Lorbeerkranz aufgelegt. Am Ortblech innen ist ein ovales Porträt-Medaillon eingraviert. Ein in dieser Ausführung und Qualität absolut einmaliges Stück. Am 18.06.2026 um 12:50:33 Uhr fügte der Verkäufer folgende Ergänzung hinzu: Zu diesem Stück gibt es eine ausführliche Beschreibung mit Abbildungen und allen verfügbaren Daten im Format DIN A4 |
