| PUMA Rarität, Verlängerungsmesser aus privater Sammlung. Das Messer befindet sich in einem tadellosen, unbenutzten Neuzustand, inkl. robuster Lederscheide aus Sattelleder und ist § 42a WaffG konform: Das Original PUMA „Verlängerungsmesser“ ist ein Zweihand-Gebrauchsmesser, das beim Öffnen und Schließen verriegelt. Es ist daher erlaubnisfrei zu besitzen und darf ohne besonderen Grund in der Öffentlichkeit geführt werden, sowohl im aufgeklappten als auch im geschlossenen Zustand.Das neue PUMA Verlängerungsmesser besitzt eine ausklappbare, 19 cm lange Klinge aus rostfreiem 440C Stahl (57–58 HRC). Im eingeklappten Zustand steht die Klinge deutlich über das Griffende hinaus und lässt sich somit auch für feinere Arbeiten nutzen. Das bewegliche Parierelement ("Swing Guard") liegt dabei flach am Griff an und schwenkt beim Ausklappen der Klinge vor den Griff um die messerführende Hand - z.B. beim Abfangen von Wild - zuverlässig zu schützen. Werkstoffkunde: Der 1.4125 ist ein rostfreier Stahl, bei dessen Entwicklung Wert auf Härte und Korrosionsbeständig gelegt wurde. Zusätzlich zu dem recht hohen Kohlenstoff- und Chromgehalt wurde Molybdän zulegiert, um die Korrosionsbeständigkeit, speziell bei Lochfraß und nichtoxidierenden Säuren, zu erhöhen. Durch den hohen Anteil an Kohlenstoff ist diese Legierung bis 60 HRC härtbar.Allerdings wird bei höchstmöglicher Endhärte die Korrosionsbeständigkeit etwas verringert. 440 C Stahl ist trotz dem ganzen HYPE um Pulvermetalurgische Stähle noch immer einer der BESTEEN Werkstoffe für TOP-Messer und eine exzellente Wahl. |
