| Ich verkaufe einer meiner KK-Selbstladebüchsen Ruger10/22 carbine, weil ich an sich keine 2 benötige. Sie ist in recht gutem Zustand und schießt super. So wirkliche Gebrauchsspuren kann ich, ausgenommen auf der Schiene, auf der ein ZF saß, nicht finden. Aber sie ist halt gebraucht - deshalb die Angabe "leichte Gebrauchssuren". Die Schußbelastung liegt bei etwa 500 Schuß. Sie ist so original belassen. Dabei ist noch ein Schaft: Schubschaft/Klappschaft Strikeforce mit Scorpion Dämpfungssystem ATI TactLite ....so stand es zumindest auf der Packung. Da die Waffe praktisch keinen Rückstoß hat, wüßte ich auch nicht, was da genau nun was dämpft; aber es soll wohl so sein. Der ATI-Schaft liegt jedenfalls sehr gut in der Hand; der Griff paßt super und man hat viele Möglichkeiten, Ausrüstung anzubringen. Und die Klappoption erleichtet die Unterbringung im Schrank enorm. Wenn noch irgendwelche Fragen sind, gerne melden. Es gilt wie immer: Es handelt sich um einen Privatverkauf. Dies ist eine Versteigerung im Sinne§156 BGB. Dies bedeutet, dass der Höchstbietende nach §312d Artikel 4 Absatz 5 BGB (vormals FernAbsG) kein Rücktrittsrecht genießt. Sogenannte Spaßbieter verpflichten sich, bei Nichtabnahme des gekauften Artikels, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, 20 % des Gebotspreises als pauschalen Schadensersatz zu zahlen. Jeder Bieter erkennt diese Klauseln mit Gebotsabgabe an. Auktionen sind rechtsgültige Kaufverträge (BGH Urteil 7.11.2001, AZ VII ZR13/01) Da es sich hier um eine Privatauktion handelt schließe ich jegliche Sachmängelhaftung,Gewährleistung, Umtausch, Rückgaberecht sowie Garantieansprüche aus.
