Firearms subject to a weapons license can be delivered to domestic (Denmark) customers only upon presentation of an ID card and the corresponding weapons license. Foreign customers receive the items they have won only by mail, provided that the necessary domestic and foreign permits are available. The legally binding bid is made regardless of the availability of the corresponding acquisition authorization. If this is missing, the bidder is liable for their bid. Buyers abroad are personally responsible for compliance with the regulations on the acquisition and possession of weapons and war material at their place of residence. Bisgaard Und Nielsen assumes no liability in the event of damage.

A functional test of the firearms does not take place, they are sold in the described condition as collector's items, without any guarantee of safety in use and storage. The buyer commits to a careful safety check of the acquired firearms: The company Bisgaard & Nielsen assumes no liability for property damage or injury in connection with the handling of auction goods.

 

 

Modern firearms will be shipped to foreign buyers only upon receipt of the Danish exportlicense.

The firearms are not tested for functionality, they are sold as collectors arms in the condition "as is". They are not examined on their fitness for use, safety to fire or store and must be regarded as not intended for use and unsafe to fire unless subsequently proved.
