DescriptionAutomatically translated. Show original rare propelling cartridge for the Granatbüchse 39 (GrB 39) of the German Wehrmacht. Since the original Panzerbüchse 39 (PzB 39) became ineffective against the thickening armor of modern Soviet tanks (like the T-34) during the course of World War II (1941/42), the Wehrmacht converted the existing stocks. Instead of scrapping the heavy weapons, they were retrofitted into a dedicated platform for rifle grenades. As a propellant, a special blank cartridge (blank cartridge with wooden projectile) was used in the original, strong Panzerbüchse 8 × 94 mm caliber. The cartridge is very nicely stamped, 100% original and of course deco/empty. The primer was oiled and thus deactivated, can also be knocked off if prescribed. |
