| Ich verkaufe meinen Westerngürtel mit Holster, weil ich diesen einfach nicht nutze. Habe ihn vielleicht ein oder zweimal getragen. So nimmt er nur Platz wech. In das Holster paßt ein Smith& Wesson 686 mit 5 oder 6 Zoll-Lauf. Die Patzronenschlaufen sind für das Kaliber .357 Mag oder .38 Spez. ausgelegt. Bein und Hahnschlinge sind dran. Es gibt ein 4+ Zoll Holster dazu, in das ein Ruger GP100 Match Champion gepaßt hat (4+ deshalb, weil der Ruger einen 4,2 Zoll Lauf hat). DAs 4 Zoll Holster ist unten weitgehend geschlossen, das andere, an dem Gürtel befindliche, ist unten offen. Die Versandkosten sind geschätzt. Muss erstmal nen Karton besorgen, in das alles reinpaßt. Wird aber wohl eher weniger. Es handelt sich um einen Privatverkauf. Dies ist eine Versteigerung im Sinne§156 BGB. Dies bedeutet, dass der Höchstbietende nach §312d Artikel 4 Absatz 5 BGB (vormals FernAbsG) kein Rücktrittsrecht genießt. Sogenannte Spaßbieter verpflichten sich, bei Nichtabnahme des gekauften Artikels, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, 20 % des Gebotspreises als pauschalen Schadensersatz zu zahlen. Jeder Bieter erkennt diese Klauseln mit Gebotsabgabe an. Auktionen sind rechtsgültige Kaufverträge (BGH Urteil 7.11.2001, AZ VII ZR13/01) Da es sich hier um eine Privatauktion handelt schließe ich jegliche Sachmängelhaftung,Gewährleistung, Rückgaberecht sowie Garantieansprüche aus. Bitte bieten Sie nicht, wenn Sie mit diesen Regeln nicht einverstanden sind. Am 18.03.2026 um 22:24:39 Uhr fügte der Verkäufer folgende Ergänzung hinzu: Ach so. von der Schnalle bis zum ersten Loch sind es etwa 102 cm, bis zum letzten Loch etwa 115 cm. |
