Die Montage positioniert die verwendete Lampe in einer nach vorne gerichteten Position auf 11 Uhr bzw. 1 Uhr sowie nah am Lauf, was Platz für die Hand am Handschutz schafft und den Schattenwurf des Laufs minimiert. Eine integrierte texturierte Daumenauflage liefert dem Anwender einen Bezugspunkt, was die konsequente Handplatzierung und Lichtaktivierung unterstützt. Hergestellt aus verstärktem Polymer, lässt das Rail Light Mount jegliche Bedenken hinsichtlich Lampen-Kompatibilität verschwinden, da alles im Lieferumfang enthalten ist um Surefire 300 & 600 Scout Lights, 1913 Picatinny basierende Pistolenlampen sowie Lampen mit einem Gehäusedurchmesser von 2.0 bis 2.6cm Durchmesser zu befestigen.
