Das Modell 19 wird als ".357 Combat Magnum" beschrieben. Der vorgestellte Revolver wurde laut dem Buch "The Standard Catalog of S&W" im Jahr 1973 hergestellt. Der angebotene Revolver ist in der "Service"-Version, mit einem 2,5-Zoll-Lauf, einem "Round-Butt"-Gehäuse, verstellbarer Kimme und dem kleinen S&W-Holzgriff.
