| Description: |
| Aimpoint Acro P-2 9 MOA — Fully Enclosed Red Dot Reflex Sight Overview The Aimpoint Acro P-2 9 MOA is a dedicated configuration of the professional ACRO platform, engineered for tactical shotguns, very close-range engagements, and applications requiring immediate target acquisition. Its large 9 MOA red dot is optimized for speed and can shorten the learning curve for users less familiar with shotgun use. Built on the proven Acro P-2 platform, this compact fully enclosed sight protects its optical channel, reflective lens, and LED emitter from impact, dust, moisture, and debris. It provides a rugged, field-ready solution for tactical platforms, particularly when rapid engagement of small, fast-moving aerial targets is required. 9 MOA Red DotThe 9 MOA red dot prioritizes visibility and aiming speed at close range. Its large size helps the user locate the dot quickly in the sight window and engage fast targets, without being intended for precision shooting at extended distances. The sight is operationally parallax-free, provides unlimited eye relief, and has a 15 × 15 mm clear aperture. Its 1x operating principle supports natural situational awareness with both eyes open. Fully Enclosed, Rugged DesignThe fully enclosed high-strength aluminum housing protects the optical and electronic components from field use. Its protective lens design helps safeguard the optic against impact and debris. The Acro P-2 9 MOA has been tested on a .40 S&W pistol slide for more than 20,000 rounds. It withstands shock, vibration, humidity, temperature shock, and occasional exposure to weapon cleaners, lubricants, fuels, and insect repellents. Battery Life and ControlsPowered by one 3 V CR2032 lithium battery, the sight offers up to 50,000 hours, or approximately five years, of continuous operation at daylight setting 6. The side-loading battery compartment enables battery replacement without removing the sight from its mount. Glove-friendly push-button controls provide 10 brightness settings: four compatible with night vision devices and six daylight settings, including one extra-bright level. The start setting is level 7 of 10. Mounting and AdjustmentThe sight uses an integrated Acro interface, compatible with all Acro mounting solutions and a range of compatible third-party mounts. Dedicated Picatinny-rail mounting solutions allow installation on various platforms. Windage and elevation adjustments are flush-mounted to reduce the chance of unintended changes. Each click is tactile and audible; initial zeroing is performed with the included Aimpoint T10 tool. Recommended mount-to-sight torque is 3.0 Nm. Water Resistance and EnvironmentThe Acro P-2 9 MOA is submersible to 35 m / 115 ft and operates from -45 °C to +71 °C. It remains operational after exposure to 95% relative humidity and after thermal shock across this temperature range. Lens covers are sold separately as accessories. Technical Specifications
