| Description: |
| Aimpoint Hunter H30L 2 MOA — Red Dot Sight Overview The Aimpoint Hunter H30L 2 MOA is a hunting red dot sight with a traditional riflescope-style profile, designed for rifles using classic two-ring mounting systems. Its 30 mm tube allows installation with standard 30 mm rings, which are not included. The Hunter H30L is intended for hunters looking for a full-length sight with fast target acquisition and 2 MOA precision. It is particularly suitable for standard- and magnum-action rifles while retaining the classic lines of a traditional hunting optic. 2 MOA Red DotThe 2 MOA red dot provides a fine, precise point of aim while supporting fast target acquisition. It is suitable for driven hunting, stalking, and shots that require responsive aiming at varying distances. The sight operates at 1x, with no magnification and unlimited eye relief. Its operationally parallax-free design supports natural both-eyes-open shooting without requiring precise eye alignment behind the optic. Classic Format and MountingThe Hunter H30L uses a traditional riflescope-style design with a 30 mm tube. It is compatible with standard 30 mm mounting rings, sold separately. Minimum distance between mounting rings is 137 mm. Maximum ring width is 40 mm. Confirm ring and firearm compatibility before mounting, then follow the ring manufacturer’s torque recommendations. Optics and ProtectionThe sight features a 47 mm objective lens and a 25 mm aperture. It incorporates anti-reflective coating on the optical surfaces and a multi-layer objective-lens treatment to optimize light transmission and red-dot clarity. Average light transmission is 60% from 420 to 700 nm. The light source is a 650 nm red LED, designed to be eye-safe under normal operating conditions. Transparent front and rear flip-up lens covers are included. They help protect the lenses from dust and splashes while maintaining practical visibility when the covers are closed. Battery Life and SettingsThe Hunter H30L uses one CR2032 3 V lithium battery. It provides up to 50,000 hours, or more than five years, of continuous operation on a single battery. Dot intensity is adjusted through a digital push-button control with 12 settings, allowing the sight to adapt to field lighting conditions. This model is not compatible with night vision devices. Durability and UseThe Hunter H30L is built for hunting conditions and outdoor use. Its robust construction is suitable for standard- and magnum-action rifles, and it is submersible to 1 m / 3 ft. With dimensions of 240 × 56 × 56 mm and a weight of 247 g, it is a lightweight full-length option for hunters who prefer the appearance of a traditional riflescope. Technical Specifications
