The Wyss iris diaphragm can be used alone or in combination with all approved color systems.

We recommend not setting the aperture below 1.5mm for storage.

The iris diaphragm must never be blackened and should be protected against dust and impact with a protective cover

Size adjustment for iris diaphragms
Please note that according to information and attempts by top shooters, it is generally not advisable to shoot smaller than a setting of 0.8mm. Most eyes can no longer accommodate a smaller opening than round. The hole appears damaged, dirty or deformed, but in reality the problem lies with the eye.

Assembly Instructions
Use a size 3 screwdriver to unscrew the insert from the rear sight drum (from the muzzle side)
Carefully screw in the iris diaphragm body from the muzzle side up to the stop (do not tighten!)
Now screw back until the arrow on the diameter scale points upwards for the first time (this marking shows you the set size afterwards)
Screw on the hexagon washer from the piston side and tighten it with a 15mm open-ended spanner without using force.
Iris diaphragm must not be blackened. The iris is also destroyed by compressed air, needles and the like
Cleaning the iris diaphragm
Open the aperture fully.
Blow through with lung power (compressed air maximum 2.5 bar).
Check the result by not aiming through the aperture, but focusing your eye on the aperture and looking at a bright surface.
If the bezel appears damaged, contact your gunsmith
