| Propellerflügel einer Morane-Saulnier MS.406 / D-3801 Kennung J-172. Das Leichtmetall-Propellerblatt ist braun eloxiert und mit Gewinde zum Einschrauben in die Nabe versehen. Es stammt aus dem kollisionsbedingten Absturz der J-172, geflogen von FW Hans-Peter Egger. Gegner war eine Mustang P-51 Kennung J-2046 über Münsingen am 24.04.1951. Anlässlich von Angriffsübungen in der Gegend des Belpberges stiess FW Egger mit der Mustang von Oberleutnant Aebersold zusammen. Egger konnte sich mit dem Fallschirm retten, Aebersold fand bei der Landung auf dem Flugplatz den Tod, als der Flügel seiner Maschine abknickte. Der Propellerflügel von Eggers ausgebrannter Morane war als einziges Teil noch halbwegs intakt geblieben und wurde als Souvenier geborgen. #VD714 |
