It removes the front-sight obstruction in the optic window by replacing the original sight with a low-profile carbon-steel blank, while preserving the essential function of the front-sight pin that retains the barrel bushing. In CZ pistols, the front-sight pin is critical for holding the barrel bushing in place. Removing the front sight without proper replacement of this pin is both incorrect and unsafe. This blank is designed to maintain correct mechanical operation during optics conversions. Manufactured from durable carbon steel and finished in black, this blank includes a front-sight pin and is supplied without a sight blade.
