Die Glock 45 MOS Crossover SD-Gewinde verbindet ein Fullsize-Griffstück und einen schmalen Schlitten mit nDLC Beschichtung, sowie Rillen an Verschlussfront und Verschlussrückseite für eine sichere Handhabung in jeder Situation. Mit Hilfe der Adapterplatten für das Modular Optic System lassen sich verschiedene Optiken und Red Dots montieren und der präzise 102 mm Polygonallauf (Glock Marksman Barrel) sicher ins Ziel bringen. Insgesamt ist die Glock 45 MOS Crossover etwas führiger als andere Glockmodelle und somit ein absoluter Allrounder. Ideal für dynamische Disziplinen oder im jagdlichen Bereich. Wie bei der Glock 45 Gen5 üblich ist das Griffstück ohne Fingerrillen, die Visierung verbessert und der Verschlussfang beidseitig bedienbar. Für den Griffrücken sind weitere 2 Alternativen zur Anpassung vorhanden, der Magazinknopf ist vergrößert und kann auf die linke Seite gewechselt werden.
