Seit 1840 werden in Suhl die Gewehre mit dem 'Haenel-Pfeil' gefertigt, und sie stehen für neuartige Konstruktions- und Fertigungsprinzipien, Präzision und Robustheit. Das Jäger 10 ist der absolut Klassiker aus Suhl. Ein Jagdgewehr, das auf der Drückjagd eine ebenso gute Figur macht wie beim Präzisionsschuss. Sein Prinzip: Reduktion auf das Wesentliche, eine klassische Form, bester Stahl und feines Holz. Die geschmiedete Systemhülse ist einzigartig in dieser Klasse, besticht durch präzises Handling und macht jeden Griff zum Kammerstängel zum Vergnügen. Der Drei-Warzen-Verschluss läuft in einer kalt geschmiedeten Systemhülse. Auch der Lauf ist kalt geschmiedet. Der Öffnungswinkel von nur 60 Grad macht schnelles Repetieren möglich. Ergänzt wird das Package durch einen trocken stehenden Abzug mit Rückstecher-Option - und ein herausnehmbares Magazin für schnellen Magazinwechsel. Eine 2-Positionensicherung sowie eine Fluchtvisierung mit Leuchtkorn runden den führigen Allrounder ab. Die Waffe ist 100 mm lang (Lauf: 560 mm) und wiegt ohne Zubehör 3.2 kg.
