Das verlässliche Sicherheitsequipment hat seine Qualität allerdings nicht allein dem hochwertigen Material zu verdanken. Mit Double Lock System ausgestattet, können die Handschellen weder versehentlich verengt noch nach der Aktivierung des zweiten Schlosses geweitet werden. Auf diese Weise besteht ein hoher Schutz vor Verletzungen und potenziellen Flucht- oder Angriffsversuchen der fixierten Person. Geöffnet und geschlossen werden beide Schlösser der Handfessel mit einem dornbewährten Schlüssel. Drehgelenke und verbindende Kettenglieder erlauben eine bequeme Handhabung. Möglich sind zudem insgesamt 25 Schließpositionen. Seit 2010 ist die Qualität des Herstellers nach ISO 9001:2008 akkreditiert.
