Ce jour là, lors d'une visite à Lausanne, le général s'adresse à la troupe vaudoise. Dans son discours, il s'élève contre le défaitisme ambiant et s'engage à aplanir au maximum les inégalités de traitement entre soldats ( dernière photo) Puis il dîna au Beau Rivage Palace d' Ouchy.
