Der Knauf bildet die Form eines Kreuzes, was auf die Klinge andeutet. Die Klinge ist aus Damaszener-Stahl und wird auch Kreuzritter-Klinge genannt. Sie enthält arabische Schriftzeichen. Die Scheide ist aus Silber, anderem Metall und besitzt innen eine Polsterung, um die Klinge zu schützen. Die Scheide ist auf typisch arabische Art und Weise reichhaltig verziert. Die Gesamtlänge des Messers beträgt 28cm. Die Klinge misst 16cm. |
