| Tsuba - Japan um 1800 - 1840 (Edo-Zeit) Original - mit Motiven im Jakushi-Stil Tsuba um 1800 - 1840 (Edo-Periode) Für Wakizashi (70 mm / 75 mm) Material: Eisen (mit Goldfarbe) Motiv: Berge und Pflanzen Das Tsuba (jap. ?) ist das Stichblatt der traditionellen japanischen Schwerter. In früheren Zeiten wurde ein Tsuba meistens geschmiedet. Ab der Meiji-Ära (ab 1868) wurden auch viele Tsubas gegossen und nachbearbeitet. Sehr schöne, alte Tsubas (mir Zertifikat) werden heute für mehrere tausend Franken gehandelt. Gegossene Tsubas aus der Meiji-Ära sind durchwegs auch sammelwürdig, da sie auch 100 oder mehr Jahre alt sind. Die Preise sind aber moderater. Anmerkung: Im Laufe der Edo-Periode (1603 - 1868) entstanden in verschiedenen Regionen Ateliers, die sich auf die Herstellung von Tsubas spezialisierten. Eine der berühmtesten Dynastien ist die Jakushi Familie. In dieser Zeit wurde der chinesische, und später auch der westliche Einfluss bemerkbarbar. In der Meiji-Ära (ab 1868) verschwand dies wieder mit der zunehmenden Sinophobia (Antichinesische Stimmung). |
