Beschreibung Der Clawgear SOF Kompensator wurde speziell für AK-Plattformen mit M14x1 LH Mündungsgewinde entwickelt. Er verbessert die Schussstabilität durch effektive Reduktion von Rückstoß und Mündungshochschlag und eignet sich ideal für dynamische Einsatzszenarien sowie den taktischen Behördeneinsatz. Die Expansionskammer leitet die Treibgase gezielt nach oben und zur Seite ab, während die geschlossene Unterseite das Aufwirbeln von Staub beim liegenden Schießen verhindert. Die Breacher-Spike-Front aus gehärtetem Stahl dient im CQB-Einsatz zur gewaltsamen Öffnung von Türen und Barrieren. Das Gehäuse ist aus hochfestem Stahl gefertigt und mit einer korrosionsbeständigen Hartbeschichtung versehen. Der Kompensator verfügt über zwölf Arretiernuten zur sicheren Montage auf gängigen AK-Systemen. Die Montage erfolgt durch Aufschrauben gegen den Uhrzeigersinn und Verrasten mit dem Haltestift der Kornträgerbaugruppe. Vor der Verwendung eines Schalldämpfers ist sicherzustellen, dass der Kompensator fest sitzt. Das integrierte NATO A2 Interface erlaubt zudem die Verwendung von QD-Schalldämpfern wie dem B&T Rotex V.
