| 38 RF; good bore, very good grips, 2 1/2'' barrel, UNKNOWN MAKER 38 RF SPUR TRIGGER REVOLVER IN ANTIQUE FINE CONDITION. THE TOP STRAP IS MARKED "AMERICAN_38" AND THE SERIAL NUMBER 17 IS ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE BARREL. THE NICKLE PLATED FINISH IS APPROX 85% WITH AN AREA OF HEAVY TARNISHING ON THE LEFT BARREL. THE BORE IS BRIGHT WITH GOOD RIFLING. THE SMOOTH WOOD GRIPS SHOW LIGHT WEAR. SEVERAL MANUFACTURERS PRODUCED THESE SPUR TRIGGER REVOLVERS USING TRADE NAMES AND NOT PUTTING THEIR OWN NAMES ON THE REVOLVERS., |
