| 16 Ga/7x57R; 75% blue, very good bore, fair stock, 24.5'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany, dated February 1943 with eagle/N proofs. Blue finish barrels, casehardened frame and lockplates with oak leaf engraving on the frame and game scenes on the lockplates, mounted in a walnut stock, modified buttstock. 2 9/16 inch chamber shotgun barrels with Full chokes. The right barrel has a 22LR conversion installed. Sidelock action with detachable plates, extractor, side mounted rotating cocking indicators, front set double triggers with bone guard, latch release forearm, bone fixed front sight. Folding rear sight with extra folding leaf. Barrel rib with dovetail bases, a Rudiger Hildesheim 6x56 scope is mounted. The scope has a heavy crossbar and post with a fine upper reticle. The optics are very good. The ocular housing is bent a bit. The stock has a 15 inch LOP and has been modified with an added comb and butt extension. The barrels have areas of pitting, most on the side of the right barrel. There are small chips on the stock behind the frame. The trigger guard has a chip on the left side edge.
