| 12 Gauge; 5% blue, good bore, good stock, 29.5'' barrel, This antique shotgun only has traces of blue left. The barrels have a few small dings while the bores are bright with some streaking. Marked on top of the checkered rib is, BAYARD ARMS Co. 2 ½-inch chambers, extractor, cyl/IM chokes. The frame and side locks show only traces of case color with visible grind marks on lower tang. The forend only has traces of checkering, a large chip missing and a couple of cracks. The varnished pistol grip stock has light scratches and peeling. It is fitted with an oversize steel buttplate giving it a 14-inch LOP. The frame to stock is loose. ANTIQUE., s/n 152xx |
