| 16 Ga; fair bore, good stock, 28.5'' barrel, 2 1/2 inch chambers with both chokes gauging Cylinder. Marked on the smooth barrel rib "M.L. Fire Arms Manufacturing Co. Limited" with the standard period Belgian proofs on the barrels and frame. Blued steel barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in a plain walnut stock with round knob grip. The finish on the barrels has turned a blue/brown patina mix with some light spotting. The frame has a blotchy blue patina with some minor spotting as well. The stock shows wear with many dings and scratches. The actions are working but are a bit stiff, barrel lockup is good. Both hammer screws have been replaced., s/n 1578xx |
