| 16 Ga; fair bore, fair stock, 27.75'' barrel, 2 9/16 inch chambers with both chokes gauging Cylinder, the barrels having been shortened to length. Marked on top of the smooth barrel rib "L. SEVART A LIEGE". Blue steel barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in a plain walnut stock. The finish on the barrels and frame is a gray/brown patina showing wear and light spotting. The left barrel has some tiny dings on the upper end. The stock has been sanded at some point, now showing some minor dings and scratches, with a 1/2 inch crack behind the upper tang. The action hinge pin has many small dings on the left side from attempts to remove or replace. The actions work well and barrel lockup is good., s/n 9 |
