| 16 Ga; fair bore, good stock, 30.25'' barrel, Marked on top of the matted barrel rib "A.D. BOUQUIN, LIEGE". 2 9/16 inch chambers with both chokes gauging Cylinder. Browned Damascus barrel, casehardened frame and mounted in a checkered walnut stock with round grip and cheekrest. The barrels have a smooth brown/patina finish with some minor spotting. The frame has slight traces of case color but is mostly patina with some spotting. The stock shows wear with many dings and scratches. Mechanically the right action works well. The left hammer will not hold back. There is quite a bit of barrel play in lockup. The underlever is loose and the hinge pin has been replaced with a bolt and nut which does not fit well. The upper sling swivel is missing. SOLD AS IS for parts or display. Antique., s/n 24 |
