| 22 LR; 90% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 23 5/8'' barrel, Olympia Super Sport model with matte blued finish and checkered walnut Monte Carlo style stock. Manufactured c.1960, the action is basically a copy of the Walther Model 1 22 caliber rifles of the 1930's. Which could be operated as a bolt action or semi-automatic. The Beretta Olympia rifles were developed for military training as well as for target shooting. Heavy round barrel with fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight. Factory dovetailed over the chamber with an A. Lossberg 3X scope mounted. Gthe scope has afine crosshair reticle. Optics are cloudy however. Detachable 10-shot magazine. Accessory rail on the bottom of the forend. Metal has scattered spots of surface rusting. Wood shows handling with dings and scratches. Mechanically fine. Import marked., s/n D134xx |
