| Bayonet has a unsharpened single edged 17" long blade with a 12 1/2 '' long fuller. At the ricasso is dated 1907 and 10 17, the other side has inspection marks. The crossgaurd and the pommel finish are worn and thinning. All metal has turned patina. The wooden grip is very dark with handling marks and dings. The leather scabbard is very dark and soiled. The throat is marked, M/44 and has the round frog lug. The metal on the scabbard still have most of the finish., |
