| Original 19th century Victorian era firemans helmet. Copper washed steel construction with an onamental comb. Brass plate on the front marked "MERRY WEATHER & TORNE/NSW-FB/AMMANDALE 1906". New South Wales. Used into the WW2 era and still used in Ceremonial Parades. Complete with the brass scaled chin strap with leather backing. Newer complete leather liner installed. Over all excellent condition., |
