| 22 LONG RIFLE; 92% blue, very good bore, very good stock, 29'' barrel, Single shot falling block rifle with original blued finish and plain walnut stock. Round heavy profile barrel with fixed front sight. Rear barrel sight removed. Parker Hale Model 7 rear aperture sight mounted at the rear of the receiver which finctions well. The top fo the barrel knox is stamped with the BSA stacked rifles logo and the top of the barrel is stamped "Made By/The Birmingham Small Arms Co LTD/England/Cartridge .220 Long Rifle". Straight grip stock with the original serrated steel buttplate. Forend appears to be a replacement due to color and grain. The metal has some minor surface rust spotting and the buttstock has some light handling wear. The action function well. The bore has shine with sharp rifling., s/n 210xx |
