| 8x57mm; 94% blue, fair bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Russian capture refinish. Manufactured in 1937 by Berlin-Suhler Waffen. Matching serial number barrel, remainder of parts that are marked are force matched with electro-pencil by the Russian rework arsenal. Laminated stock and handguard with shellac finish. Stamped welded bands. Stamped trigger guard with milled floorplate. Retains the nazi proofing on the receiver and barrel. No visible import markings. The muzzle is counterbored for about an inch and half, rifling is fairly strong, dark in the grooves with visible corrosion., s/n 61xx |
