| Original walnut holster stock for the Mauser C96 "Broomhandle" pistols issued during WW1. Imperial proofed on the left side. Serial number on the attaching iron 837. In overall fine condition however there is a crack on the left lower corner of the butt end with a pinned repair. The crack runs down the corner for about 4 1/2 inches. Hinge and attaching iron blued finish mixing with patina. Includes a leather stock harness which is in very good condition, maker marked and dated on the back F. Guiremand/Berlin S.W./1916". Extra follower spring inside the pouch on the front and what appears to be an original cleaning rod, unmarked., s/n 8xx |
