| 31 Caliber; 50% blue, fair bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, Manufactured in 1861. Original bright blued finish is generous on the barrel. Casehardened frame with traces of color remaining. Silver plated brass trigger guard and backstrap with approx 40% silver remaining. Plain walnut grip with generous remaining varnish finish. Matching serial numbers including the wedge. 5-shot cylinder with 70%+ stagecoach cylinder scene. The backstrap is engraved with a previuos owners name "B.G. BROWN FROM HH". Action functions well. The bore has shine and strong rifling, light pitting/corrosion throughout. Antique, s/n 1893xx |
