| 28 Caliber; 40% blue, fair bore, good grips, 3.5'' barrel, Manufactured c.1855. Original blued finish, scattered areas and traces. Casehardened lever and hammer, lever mostly gray with trace color on the hammer. Plain walnut grip with most of the original varnish finish. Solid frame with 3 1/2" octagon barrel. 5-shot cylinder with faint Indian and cabin roll engraving. Matching serial numbes. Stamped on top of the barrel with the Colt's Hartford address in two lines with pointing finger mark. Action functions well. Pitting in the bore. Antique, s/n 131xx |
