The metal finish on the blued barrel is very thin and faded out. With scattered spots of patina. The left side of the barrel has COLT.D.A.38 The top of the barrel has the Colt two line address. The case colored frame has faded out. The left side of the frame has the Colt patent info. The serial number is on the bottom of the frame. The Colt checkered grips are worn but still in good condition. The bore has some scattered pitting in the grooves., s/n 1198xx |
