| 38 Colt; 70% blue, very good bore, good grips, 4.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1907. Original blue finish barrel, cylinder and grip frame straps. Casehardened frame. Original checkered hard rubber grips. Matching serial numbers. Marked on top of the barrel with the Colt's Hartford address in two lines. The left side of the frame is marked with patent dates 1871, 1874 and 1875 in three lines, and with the circled Rampant Colt logo. The metal has scattered light spotting over all, case color has mostly faded from the frame with traces of color visible. The grips are over all good, the left panel does have a small crack on the bottom. Mechanically fine, original and complete. C&R/FFL, s/n 1625xx |
