| 38 Colt; good bore, very good grips, 4.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1881. Original factory nickel finish and checkered hard rubber grips. Fixed sights. Retains approximately 75% nickel finish, most loss and flaking on the cylinder and trigger guard. Matching serial numbers. Stamped on top of the barrel with the Colt's address in two lines. The left side of the barrel is clearly etched "COLT D.A. 38". Patent dates in three lines appears on the left side of the frame below the cylinder. The action is not working. Antique, s/n 285xx |
